Terms of service

Please read these following Terms and Conditions ( the “Terms”)  carefully before accessing and using the website or ordering any products from industryofsweden.com (the “Website”). The products marketed and sold via the Website are sold and invoiced by Industry of Sweden, a company organised under the laws of the United Kingdom. For any information regarding Orders, Deliveries, Returns or any other general inquiries, please contact Industry of Sweden’ customer service at team@industryofsweden.com 

1 General

1.1 - we only market and sell products to consumers for purposes unrelated to business , entrepreneurial, professional and commercial purposes (“consumer”, “you” or “your”). 

1.2 - to order products from our website, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old. However, with your legal guardian’s consent, you’re able to place an order. 

1.3 - Industry of Sweden reserves the right to reject and order placed by anyone else other than consumers. This includes any order that is not consistent with Industry of Sweden’ business policies and Terms. 

1.4 - You acknowledge and agree that product images and product descriptions provided on the website are delivered to provide further informational purposes only. Said images and descriptions may not represent al of the specifications of each product. Furthermore, colours and sizes may be different due to the hardware and software (including settings) used by the consumer. 

1.5 - Any agreement conducted between the consumer and Industry of Sweden will be deemed binding upon Industry of Sweden’ acceptance of the Consumer’s order (including partial acceptance of said order). If the order has been rejected by Industry of Sweden, the company will then notify the consumer without delay. 

1.6 - by ordering any product from the website, you hereby confirm that you firmly and completely understand the Terms and that you have understood the information provided by Industry of Sweden during the purchase procedure. 

2 Ordering of Products 

2.1 - Products can be ordered by completing the checkout process. Once the checkout process has been completed, Industry of Sweden will confirm that the order has been properly received by sending an email to the address provided by the consumer (“Order Confirmation”). The order confirmation will contain specifications of the ordered products, shipping costs, a PDF copy of the applicable versions of these Terms and a summary documents on the Consumer’s right of withdrawal. 

2.2 - If you notice any information that is incorrect in the Order Confirmation, you must notify us without any delay. 

2.3 - We will not process incomplete or incorrect orders or any orders regarding products that are no longer available. If we do not process any order then we will notify you by email and specify the reasons as to why the cancellation has been made. If an order has been placed and an unavailable product is included in that order than we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable product(s) without delay. 

2.4 - In the event of you completing a 'pre' order. You thereby acknowledge that you will provide us with a prepayment of said order. When the item becomes available, we will ship it to you as soon as possible. 

2.5 - occasionally, with pre ordering, the product ordered may vary ever so slightly to the item that you will receive. The difference would be small details such as labels and drawstrings etc. 

3 Price and Payment 

3.1 - All prices stated on the Website are inclusive of VAT and other applicable sales Taxes 

3.2 - Any additional costs and expenses such as delivery costs will be specified prior to the checkout and placement of your order. 

3.3 - Payment of any products can be made by using the payment methods we offer on our website. 

3.4 - Payment methods offered on our website are provided by third party payments service providers. Please ensure that you understand and agree to all Terms and Conditions for use of the selected payment service prior to using said Third Party Payment Service. Please read the FAQ’s on the Customer Service page on our website to understand our current Payment Providers. 

4 Deliveries 

4.1 - The address that has been provided by the Consumer in the order information, that is where the order will be delivered. Any further information required by the consumer, they should contact help@industryofsweden.com and we will respond without delay. 

4.2 - Please note that any delivery times provided on our website are completely estimated. 

4.3 - Upon delivery, you will need to verify that the packaging is intact, unaltered nor damaged or wet as well as what the packaging withholds corresponds exactly with what you ordered and what the original order confirmation E-Mail entails. 

4.4 - If you detect any damage to the packaging or the product inside, any discrepancy in the number of items you ordered or any further discrepancies in the corresponding delivery note, then you must notify us without delay. Then the company will take care of it as they seem fit. 

5 Legal Right of Withdrawal

5.1 - Please be advised that yo have the legal right to withdraw from any purchase made without having to give any reason for coming to your decision nor will there be a penalty.  You have the right to withdraw from any purchase fifteen (15) days after the delivery date of your order. 

5.2 - The right of your withdrawal needs to be taken place by contacting us through team@industryofsweden.com providing us with your order number, ordered product, along with your name and address followed by your message. 

5.3 - If you are too complete your right of withdrawal, you will need to send the ordered product(s) back to us within fifteen (15) days from the date that you went through with your right of withdrawal. 

5.4 - Returned items will need to be returned in it’s original form in which it/they were delivered to you. (Including packaging materials, any documentation, if any, accessories and labels) for further information please read through the FAQ’s on the Customer Support page. 

5.5 - Please be advised that you will be responsible for organising your return, meaning that you would need to take care of the shipping costs back to our headquarters. Please also bear in mind that there could be a risk in connection with the return shipping. We do not accept any responsibility for products being damaged, stolen or lost whilst in transit back to us. 

5.6 - If you decide to complete your right of withdrawal, we will refund you the entire amount paid for the products you wish to return. As soon as we receive the item(s) back and precautionary checks of the said item(s) condition, we will process the refund should everything be okay. Please note that the refund may take up to 7 days to be back in your account (depending on who you bank with). Please bear in mind that we will not refund the delivery costs that you were charged when the order took place. We will notify you when the item has arrived back to us, we will then get in touch with you, giving you updates on the outcome of the return. 

5.7 - Please note that if any items that have been returned are not in the original condition it/they were when it was delivered to you (hangtags cut off, no original packaging, damage to the items etc.) then the right of withdrawal will be annulled and we will have no choice but to send the items back to you (at your own cost). We will then ship your order back to you in the same conditions as you returned them in. 

5.8 - Unless agreed otherwise, refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction. 

6 Defective Products 

6.1 – You have the right to return products with any defect or any manufactory faults. You also have the right to request that these products are repaired, replaced or refunded. Please send us an email at team@industryofsweden.com

6.2 – Please be aware that you must notify us of any defect within a reasonable time frame, from noticing the defect, but no longer than three (3) years from the date when you received the product. We recommend you let us know of any defects as soon as possible. At least one (1) month when the defect was noticed.

6.3 – to grant us the ability to investigate the defects of any products, we will request a description of the defect and how the defect occurred. You will also need to provide visual evidence of said defect. This could be requested in imagery or in video format.

6.4 – if you are to return any defective products, we will provide you with a prepaid return label that can be used for your return of the defective products. If you choose to reject the offer to use the prepaid label. Then you would need to arrange the return of the defective products (at your own cost) to

If our investigation shows us that the products are in fact defective. We will then reimburse you for the reasonable costs and expenses you incurred for the return shipping.

 

 

7 Trademark 

7.1 - Industry of Sweden is a registered Trademark of Industry of Swdn 

7.2 - All trademarks, brands, logos, internet addresses, product denominations, style names or derivations that describe any product, support of service or Industry of Sweden are registered trademarks and/or property of Industry of Sweden

7.3 - The use of these bread or any modifications are strictly prohibited

 

8 Personal Data

8.1 -  You hereby confirm you have received information regarding our processing of your personal day which is available at: Privacy policy

8.2 – If you provide personal data attributable to anyone else, you warrant that such individual has reviewed and accepted the Terms and received information and, where relevant, given his or her consent regarding our processing of his or her personal data.

 

9 Amendments

9.1 - These Terms may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. Any new Terms shall be effective as of the date of publication on the Website.

9.2 - For the avoidance of doubt, amendments will not affect orders confirmed by us prior to the effective date of new or amended terms and conditions.

9.3 - Please note that we do not undertake to archive historic versions of these Terms. As such, we recommend that you store and print a copy of these Terms at the time of each order via the Website.

 

10 Governing Laws and Disputes

10.2 – These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
